My wife and I would like to thank Dr Swales for his excellent attitude and knowledge, he made us both feel very comfortable, explained everything in detail, and I had no apprehension in having my vasectomy. On said day I was made to feel very comfortable by both Dr Swales and his assistant Wendy, pretty much painless and did not feel rushed in any way. Highly recommended team! Thank you.
